All orders must be placed via WhatsApp with a minimum 48-hour notice. Orders are confirmed by WhatsApp message and are final only after confirmation from us.

All prices are stated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Payment terms are communicated upon order confirmation. Full payment is required before order pickup.

We require 48 hours notice for all orders to ensure freshness and quality of our creations. For large orders or special events, a longer lead time may be necessary.

All orders are for pickup in Marrakech. The exact address and pickup time will be communicated upon order confirmation. Please respect the agreed time to ensure optimal freshness.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Orders not picked up without notice are non-refundable.

We are committed to providing products of the highest quality. In case of any problem with your order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos. We will do our best to resolve any issue.

Our products may contain allergens (gluten, nuts, dairy, etc.). It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions.
